Surgery Services
As a not-for-profit hospital, Conway Regional Health System is committed to reinvesting in health care services that benefit the community. In 2012, we opened a new home for our surgical services department as well as expanded our obstetrics services. With this expansion, we have been able to address the needs of the growing community for today and for decades to come.
The new surgery department includes eight large operating rooms and houses some of the most advanced surgical equipment in Central Arkansas. The obstetrics addition increased the number of labor and delivery rooms at Conway Regional to 24. An additional eight rooms are helping the Women's Center staff accommodate almost 1,800 babies per year.

Financial Concerns
The majority of all outpatient surgeries are covered by your medical insurance. Even with insurance coverage, a partial payment may be necessary when you arrive. This will help to fulfill your obligation to pay deductibles and co-payments. If you are not insured, financial arrangements must be made before surgery. Medical Center bills include your nursing care, use of the operating room, and our pre-operative and recovery facilities, items used during surgery, drugs, supply items you take home, and physical therapy when applicable.
