Following a thorough evaluation, the therapist and patient will develop a plan of care and to work on achieving their goals through exercise, activities, use of modalities, and hands-on intervention. This enables the patients to achieve their highest level of function and safety to regain strength, decrease pain, and maintain their independence. A physician referral is required.
